Translation

Our service includes a dedicated project manager for all communications regarding your texts, the translation by a native speaker of the target language, the revision of the text by a second language expert, and follow-up after delivery to ensure satisfaction with the job.

Translation Summaries

Summaries are for clients that do not require a translation of the full text, but rather the main ideas. The e-verba team can analyze newspaper and magazine articles as well as radio and television broadcasts and provide a detailed summary of the contents the same day.

Editing/Proofreading

For existing translations or texts written by non-native speakers, e-verba offers proofreading and editing services to enhance the tone and style of the text. Our editors check documents not only for accuracy and grammar but also for tone and rhythm.

Copywriting

Product descriptions, picture captions, media blurbs and product press releases: the team of e-verba copywriters can convey your information accurately and stylishly, with the same quality and professional service provided in our translations.

About us

Founded in 2003 in Buenos Aires, e-verba is a boutique translation agency that dedicates time and meticulous care to every text. Be it press releases, product launch descriptions, media summaries or annual balance sheets, e-verba ensures timely turnaround and hard-working experts at every stage of translating, editing, or copywriting. For translations, e-verba employs state-of-the-art software to ensure consistency and speed for longer and ongoing projects.

Besides providing each customer with a dedicated project manager to oversee their needs, every text is translated by a language professional with specific knowledge of the subject at hand. These translators, all native speakers of the target language, hail from various backgrounds—medicine, law, psychology and education, to name just a few—but all share a passion for words. The majority of the professionals who work with e-verba have been translating for one of the agency’s satisfied customers for years.

E-verba’s film translators are not only native speakers, but also individuals tuned into the spoken word. They capture what lies behind often deceptively simple speech, and their translations reflect the subtleties of meaning and the flow of language. Filmmakers and production companies like K&S Films, Primo Content, Big Productions, The Talkies and the Joinery have come to rely on the services e-verba provides.

Since we started working with them, we have entrusted several feature-length projects to their team and have been thrilled with the results. Their translations have proven a real asset to our business.

Art

E-verba’s team of specialized art translators consists of art critics, curators and art historians who are prepared to tackle the specific terminology of contemporary art.

The ability of e-verba’s team not only to accurately translate the content of those texts into a number of languages, but also to capture their different tones is why we use them for all the museum’s published materials.
